Are REVOLUX samples representative of the entire slab?
No. REVOLUX samples are designed to represent the overall color, design, and aesthetic of the slab. However, because REVOLUX surfaces feature natural-looking movement and pattern variation, the placement and flow of veining is only a small representation of the full slab. We recommend viewing a full slab whenever possible for projects where pattern placement is especially important.
Where can REVOLUX samples be shipped?
REVOLUX samples can be shipped throughout the continental United States, Canada, Mexico, and many locations throughout North and South America. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary by destination.
Where can I see a full slab of REVOLUX in person?
Full slabs can be viewed at select REVOLUX distribution and fabrication partner locations across the country. To find the nearest location displaying full slabs, please visit our Dealer Locator or contact REVOLUX Customer Support.
What size are REVOLUX samples?
Sample sizes come in 4”x6”.
Why does the sample look slightly different than photos online?
Photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and device displays can all affect how colors appear. Physical samples provide the most accurate representation of the product’s actual color and finish.
Can I order multiple samples?
Yes. We encourage customers, designers, and specifiers to compare multiple designs side-by-side to find the best fit for their project.
Are REVOLUX samples made from actual slab material?
Yes. REVOLUX samples are produced from the same material and manufacturing process as full-size slabs, allowing you to evaluate the actual color, finish, and surface characteristics.
Does the sample thickness represent the slab thickness?
No. REVOLUX samples are produced in a lightweight thickness which is about ½” thick, while the slab will be ¾” or 1 ¼” thick, depending on the design.
Can I use a sample to match cabinetry, flooring, paint, or tile?
Absolutely. REVOLUX samples are an excellent tool for coordinating colors and finishes
with cabinetry, flooring, wall colors, backsplashes, and other design elements.
Do all slabs look exactly the same as the sample?
No. REVOLUX is designed to replicate the depth, movement, and variation found in premium natural materials. While the sample accurately represents the design, the exact placement and flow of veining will vary across a full slab.
How long does sample shipping typically take?
Most sample orders ship within a few business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.
Can architects and designers order samples for client presentations?
Yes. REVOLUX samples are frequently used by architects, interior designers, builders, and specifiers for project presentations, design boards, and material selection meetings.
Can I take samples to a fabricator for a quote?
Yes. Bringing a REVOLUX sample to your fabricator is a great way to discuss edge profiles, project feasibility, pricing, and installation details.
What should I do after selecting a sample?
Once you’ve selected a favorite design, we recommend viewing a full slab whenever possible and working with an authorized REVOLUX partner to finalize your project.
