A Mineral Surface is an engineered countertop material made from natural minerals and recycled materials. REVOLUX combines advanced printing technology with a zero crystalline silica formulation to create realistic, durable surfaces for residential and commercial applications.
What makes REVOLUX different from traditional quartz?
Unlike traditional quartz, REVOLUX contains zero crystalline silica. It also uses advanced printing technology to create highly realistic designs while delivering consistent color, low maintenance, and excellent stain resistance.
Does REVOLUX contain crystalline silica?
No. REVOLUX is manufactured with zero crystalline silica.
What is REVOLUX made from?
REVOLUX is manufactured using natural minerals, recycled glass, specialty binders, pigments, and advanced printing technology. Depending on the design, it may contain up to 90% recycled glass.
Is REVOLUX durable?
Yes. REVOLUX is designed for everyday residential and commercial use. It offers excellent stain
resistance and is engineered to perform similarly to premium quartz surfaces in everyday applications. REVOLUX comes with a Lifetime Stain Protection Warranty.
Does REVOLUX require sealing?
No. REVOLUX is non-porous and never requires sealing.
Is REVOLUX stain resistant?
Yes. REVOLUX is highly stain resistant and includes a Lifetime Stain Protection Warranty when properly installed and maintained.
Can I use REVOLUX in kitchens?
Absolutely. REVOLUX samples are an excellent tool for coordinating colors and finishes
with cabinetry, flooring, wall colors, backsplashes, and other design elements.
Can REVOLUX be used in bathrooms?
Yes. REVOLUX performs exceptionally well in bathroom vanities, shower surrounds, tub surrounds, and other interior applications.
Is every slab identical?
Each design of REVOLUX will remain on every slab, with the exception of book matched designs on most of REVOLUX options, giving a butterfly or mirror image of each design.
Can slabs be bookmatched?
Many REVOLUX designs are available in bookmatched versions, allowing fabricators to create dramatic mirror-image installations.
Is REVOLUX easier to fabricate than porcelain?
Yes. Fabricators find REVOLUX easier to cut, shape, and install than porcelain while still achieving a premium finished appearance. REVOLUX is said to fabricate easier than most quartz products.
